Call for Papers

Call for Papers

Leaders in the world’s digital twin sector are coming together from Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada to engage and collaborate by sharing their thought leadership on the digital twin revolution. Digital Twinning is a vast domain with broad applications and it is by nature multidisciplinary. It enables the next generation of analysis interconnecting various systems with a high degree of complexity. It benefits from historical, concurrent, and predictive analytics, as well as numerous subfields of simulation. It also benefits from a variety of scientific fields as its core components but also as part of the phenomena the Digital Twin aims to simulate. Hence, paper submissions from all allied disciplines are welcome.

The model for the event is based on the successful GeoIgnite and LIKE Canada events. This entails no barrier for registration for participants. Everyone can claim a free ticket to the event ensuring the largest possible audience.

The Digital Twins 2024 conference will bring together leading researchers and practitioners with diverse yet highly integrated scientific and engineering backgrounds.

The main topics of the conference are below and will be prioritized for review and acceptance:

  • Transforming Finance with Digital Twins: Exploring the Opportunities and Challenges

  • Connected Digital Twins and Social-Technical Solutions

  • Advancing Digital Twins Governance: Best Practices and Standards

  • Foundational Models

  • Privacy Preserving/Enhancing Technologies

  2. A statement of the empirical or theoretical concern

  3. A short summary locating the concern within a wider literature

  4. A concise account of the empirical or theoretical-methodological approach

  5. The main arguments of the paper and an indication of the supporting evidence
